Dilemma Between Job Offers
Currently, I'm working in my native town. Six months ago, I was with a small company, but due to a lack of job security, I started looking for a new job. I got selected by Accenture last November and submitted all the required documents. However, I did not receive any response from them for two months. In the meantime, I received another job offer from a medium-sized company in my hometown and decided to join them.
I have now completed two months at my current job, and suddenly Accenture has reached out to confirm my offer. I am now facing a dilemma about whether to accept this new offer or continue with my current company. Accenture has taken into account my current salary of 6LPA and offered a 30% hike. However, the new role would require me to relocate to Bangalore, away from my hometown where my wife also works. Additionally, my child has just started kindergarten here.
The new package from Accenture matches what my wife and I currently earn in our hometown. I am seeking advice on what decision to make in this regard. Your input would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

It is like a saying, "what you have in hand is better than what you get somewhere else." I would suggest you continue with the present company. Accenture and similar companies have a hire-and-fire policy. In case you make a mistake, your family could be left in a difficult situation.

I agree with Mr. Jagat Kumar; you need to stay with your current company as it is in your native place, and your wife is also working there. You will receive family support and care in your native place, especially since your child is young.
Undoubtedly, Accenture is a good company, but relocating to Bangalore will be costly, considering the high cost of living in comparison to other cities.
The decision is ultimately yours, but make sure to discuss it with your family before making any decisions, as it will also impact her job.
