Dear members,

Today's Economic Times has published an article titled "Inside Patanjali: Here's what life is like in Baba Ramdev's company." As the title suggests, the article is on Ramdev Baba's Patanjali. The link to the article is as follows: [patanjali: Inside Patanjali: Here's what life is like in Baba Ramdev's company](http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/industry/cons-products/fmcg/inside-patanjali-heres-what-life-is-like-in-baba-ramdevs-company/articleshow/59824892.cms)

A Case Study on Organization Culture

For working professionals or practicing managers, it is a great case study on organization culture. While Patanjali's culture emanates from the distinctive spirit of India's national culture, it is not without flaws. Patanjali, as a business entity, has been growing at a breakneck speed. Today, bubbles in their organization's culture are too small to be noticed because of their fast growth. But over a period of time, bubbles enlarge and do not maintain the same volume. After some time, they burst too. This is a basic law of nature. "When the bubbles in Patanjali's culture will burst and how these will burst, that future will tell!"
