Hello, I would like to know if the Compensation Annexure part in the company letter should be printed on a separate paper or can be printed on the reverse side. Margret

There is no specific rule or requirement on this. So you are free to follow either practice Having it on reverse means it can’t be changed or replaced, so I suppose that is a better idea

Document Printing Guidelines
The entire document should be one-sided only, and the Annexure is also supposed to be on the Company letterhead. Ensure that every page is initialed with the company seal, and the final page with a full signature, as this is the agreement between the employee and employer. In case of any dispute, this document will be the base document. It reflects the image and standard of the organization; hence, avoid printing on the backside. Use separate paper and ensure the content is printed on one side only.
Thanks,
