Understanding "We Are a 3-Member Organization"

Sir, may I know what is meant by "we are a 3-member organization"? The ESI Act of 1948 is applicable to those units that have engaged a minimum number of persons (employees) for the work of or related to the work of said unit, as required under the Act. How many employees or persons have been engaged by you?

Compliance with ESIC Requirements

Furthermore, even if the number of employees engaged by you is less than the required number, there appears to be no problem since a contractor can ensure compliance with the ESIC Code Number of the principal employer.

I am unclear why a training company is being asked to take ESIC registration. A trainer is not generally considered a contractor, unless of course you are doing continiius training inside the factory
