How can I acquire a comprehensive understanding of HR? Could you please recommend any books for me to refer to in order to gain a thorough knowledge of HR, including Indian Employment laws? I hold a B.Com degree and am currently employed as an HR Manager at a multinational corporation. HR is an extensive subject and cannot be studied in the form of capsules. There are numerous human psychological theories involved in it. However, as an HR professional, you should have at least a reasonable knowledge of labor laws. Interpreting the different provisions of various Acts may be challenging for a beginner, but with the assistance of senior members on citehr, you can excel.
