How to pay minimum amount of PF as per labour laws?

I want to deduct minimum amount of pf in my company pay roll and my ctc per month rs 38300. please give me break up as per pf \ labour laws. regards, jaydev vora

Dear Mr jayDev, Please find out applicable Minimum Wages (Comprising of Basic Salary & VDA) to your Industry.You can keep same Basic+VDA depending upon Designation/Nature of Work.Accordingly, PF Deduction can be made on Minimum Wages.
