I am a Recruitment Professional with over 7 years of recruitment experience (including 1 year of maternity leave) based out of Kolkata. Currently, I have been working in a work-from-home environment for the last 6 months. However, I find it demotivating as the pay scale does not align with my experience. Unfortunately, in Kolkata, there are very few opportunities, and I aspire to work with a reputable organization, preferably a Multinational Company (MNC).
I have been searching for a full-time job for quite some time now with no success. Hence, I am considering enhancing my profile and upgrading my skills by pursuing an ERP course to target the right kind of opportunity. I am seeking suggestions from experienced professionals for guidance on which ERP I should target and the recommended institutes. Simply completing a course without practical implementation experience may not lead to favorable outcomes. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
