Dear All ESIC may proposed to make due date for monthly remittance of Contribution as 15th of each month instead of 21st day of each month.I am enclosing a draft notification of it.

Sir, the draft amendment notification appears to be of year 2016 (without date). Can you please confirm whether final notification of such amendment in Regulations have been notified by ESIC or not . If possible, can we have a copy of said final notification.

Dear All
Greetings of the day !!!!!!!
 
Please find the attached ESIC notifications. The ESIC remittance date has been amended from 21St to 15th of every month w.e.f 1st June,17 i.e all the employer have to pay the ESIC contribution by 15th of this month for the wage period June,17.
 
Requesting you all to pay the same by 15th July,17.
NB-
Also advise your respective contractor to comply accordingly.
