Hi all,

The basic and dearness allowance is changed, does anybody have the latest structure? I was told that for Unskilled labor, it is 3100+823+5% HRA, for Semi Skilled it is 3200+823+5% HRA, and for Skilled it is 3300+823+5% HRA. Is this the current rate for the Hospitality Industry in Zone I, Maharashtra State?

Thanks & Regards,
Rutuja

Dear Khanpurkar,

Can you please explain the following components stand for (in the MW statement enclosed)?

Hr PF Leave & WC since many other states do not include these components in the wage. Any food component involved?

I would appreciate an early response.
