Hi, I have more than 5 years of experience in HR, mainly in Talent Acquisition. Currently, I am associated with an FMCG company but now feeling quite monotonous. The reason behind this feeling is that despite working dedicatedly, I am not seeing any increase in terms of salary or acquiring new skills/responsibilities. I find myself stuck in a 9 to 6 job routine.

Could you please suggest what I should do next or if I need any certifications to enhance my skills and potentially my salary?

It appears that you have reached a stage where the work is no longer motivating, and your organization is also not paying attention to it. You can discuss this with your manager and HR and first find out options within your organization to diversify into other functions of HR. Since you have exposure to talent acquisition, you can switch to talent management functions like PMS or Employee Engagement initiatives, etc. Just talk to your seniors.
