Hi Everyone,

I have been following cite HR for a long time. I want to communicate to all employees that every Friday, I would like to meet with them. I will be there to listen to all their problems, grievances, and any queries they may have related to their job profiles. How should I write an email to everyone?

Please suggest to me.

Hi Team,

Thank you so much for your never-ending support. I understand that we need to have ease in communicating our thoughts and working together to achieve the assigned targets. To serve the purpose of understanding each other better and addressing all your queries or concerns regarding the recent project development, we will have a weekly meeting starting on "date" at "time".

Let's make it a practice to share!

Thanks,
XYZ

Also, I would recommend using a more secure communication platform! PulseConnect offers peer-to-peer connectivity in a secure environment. Whether on a phone, laptop, or tablet, it defines your work zone and helps you communicate in a secure space. Now communication is secure on IM, email, or SMS and comes with amazing features too.

Hey Avnee,

Thank you so much for your wonderful reply. I will surely follow the guideline. Apart from this, I do have another doubt. In my company, in a month, an employee gets 1 leave in the probation period, and after confirmation, they will get 1.5 leaves. If an employee is in the notice period and previously had 5 leaves, during their full and final settlement, should I encash based on 5 leaves or give 1 more leave for that notice period, totaling 6 leaves?

Please suggest.

Dear Sabnam,

Since his/her date of relieving would be on the last day of his working, all leave salary payable, etc., would be based on the last working day, and the notice period is irrelevant here.

Hi Sabnam, As @prrsarma mentioned. It would be the apt process. Thank you, Avnee.
