Hello All, one of our employee CTC is 300000/- PA please tell me how to design the salary structure from this CTC, pls reply on urgent Basis, Warm Regard Amit Khurana

CTC includes all costs. If you want to cover the employee under PF, then 12% of the basic salary is to be considered as a cost. Normally, about 40% of the CTC is considered as the basic salary. The rest of the costs have to be attributed to allowances; one of them should be HRA if you are from Maharashtra or WB.
