To design a salary structure, you should keep in mind the following components:
- Basic
- HRA
- Special Allowance (DA)
- Child Education
- Conveyance Allowance
While child education and conveyance allowance are fixed at 200 and 800 per month, other components can be adjusted as per company policy.
Now, one thing you will have to clarify: by gross CTC 14,000, is it the monthly gross that the employee will be receiving?
