I am working in a private limited company. As mentioned in my offer letter, I have a notice period of one month. However, the company is now revising their policy and extending it to three months. They are also implementing a new rule stating that we cannot receive an experience letter if we leave before two years. Can the company change the terms mentioned in the offer letter under the guise of a policy change?

Revision of a policy is natural. But experience letter after two years is very odd. This will only push more cases on absconding!

Thanks, the same case as last week happened when one person left the company without informing management. Can the company change the duration of the notice period based on policy? Also, according to labor law, can we receive an experience certificate if we leave before two years?
