Dear Sakshi,
Does the brand name belong to the same company? If yes, then show the brand name at the header of the letter and mention the company name somewhere else in the same letter because the idea behind creating a brand name is to make the company popular by way of using the brand name.
For instance:
Fastrack is a brand name which belongs to Titan.

Company is the entity giving employment and should be prominently noticeable in the appointment letter. If you feel that featuring the brand name is necessary in the appointment letter, it can be included on the side or within the letter itself. For example, X company owns a well-known brand, which is famous for its quality, etc.
