„« Identification of the opening by manpower planning
„« Creating a JD of this opening
„« Using this JD to tap the various recources like the Jobsites,consultants,advt,internal references etc.
„« Screening the profiles received from this sources
„« Shortlisting and interviewing the identified candidates
„« Identifying the best fit
„« Offering this candidate
„« Induction
The above mentioned sequence has been put in the most simple manner for you to understand it very clearly.
