Transfer of Provident Fund from Previous Employer

I initiated a transfer of my Provident Fund (PF) from my previous employer to my current employer via the online portal. I received two forms. I submitted Form 1 to my current employer, as it was addressed to them (since I selected the current employer for the transfer process).

Sir, I request that my Provident Fund balance along with my Pension Service Details be transferred to my present account under intimation to me. My details are as under:

However, I received another form where it is mentioned:

“In case the previous account is maintained by a PF Trust (in case of an exempted establishment), the member should submit a hard copy of this Form 13 to the Trust for the transfer of his PF accumulations. The Form 13 submitted on the Online Transfer Claim Portal will be used for transferring the service details under the Pension Fund to the new account.”

I contacted my previous employer to ask if I need to submit it to them. They stated there is no need, as only the first form will transfer everything.

However, I checked and found that the first form only has the previous company's PF account number and does not include Pension account details, as it was maintained by the trust.

Will only the first form transfer everything?

Also, I checked the transfer status on the online portal and found that it has been approved by the previous employer but is pending with the current employer. I asked them to approve it, and they told me that it's pending at the Regional Provident Fund (RPF) office. It's been more than a month. Can you please tell me how long this process takes?
