The first thing you could check on the EPFO portal is whether your previous employer is registered with a membership ID (MID) for online PF transfer. If the employer is registered for online transfer, then this process would be easy, and you can use the online services option for the PF transfer.
If your previous employer is not registered for online PF transfer, you can check with your current employer's PF team about using a Form 13 option to facilitate a transfer of funds from the previous PF account to the current PF account.
