I work for an restaurant they are forcing to live job and also planning to get me fired with out any intimation or notice I work for this restaurant for last four years tell me what to do

I hope such a thing does not happen. However start looking around for other jobs. If they resort to illegal termination you can complain to local labour commissioner about the matter.
