Hi Guys,
My name is Vikram, and I am working as an HR Recruiter in a consultancy. I am involved in both IT recruitment and non-IT recruitment. Recently, I received an offer from Vertex Customer Solutions India Private Limited (Hyderabad) as an HR Recruiter in the recruitment department. This company mainly hires undergraduates and candidates with fewer skills at lower pay rates. Therefore, my questions are:
Should I join this company as an HR Recruiter?
Will I have a secure career path in HR in this company?
Are there good opportunities available if I choose to work for this company?
Will I have the chance to work for renowned companies like Amazon, Genpact, or CMM Level 4 and 5 companies if I work in domestic processes?
I have consulted with my friends, and they have mentioned that the work pressure at this company is high, advising me against joining.
I would appreciate your suggestions on whether I should proceed with joining this company.
Thanks, Guys...

Hi Vikram,
You have provided ample details about the new company, but not one feature is good for recommendation. Your friends have also not recommended it. No one can guarantee that you can hop from one job to another unless you qualify and meet the requirements of the companies you have mentioned. A change should be better based on the available information. Even then, one might encounter some unpleasant surprises after making a change.
What motivates you to seek a change from your current job?
Lastly, I wish to emphasize this point again: securing a job in large companies depends on your merits, and your candidature should meet the requirements of the new company.

Thanks for your reply, Raghunathan.
But my question is, if I work for a call center or BPO type of company, will I get any good opportunities in the future to work in CMM Level 4 or 5 companies? Because in Vertex Customer Care Pvt Ltd, I will be hiring Undergraduates or graduates with fewer skills according to the company's manpower requirement.
So, will I get recommended by renowned companies as an HR recruiter if I work in this company? Please suggest.

Dear Vikram,
I believe you can find the answer through your own experience. When considering a candidate for an interview, do you focus solely on the background of the company they are coming from, or do you also take into account the candidate's credentials and performance during the interview?
If someone is transitioning from a prominent company, you may become wary and inquire about their reasons for leaving such a well-established organization. In my perspective, a company's background serves as an introductory aspect. The candidate's credentials and performance during the interview are the crucial factors that should influence decision-making.
