Maharashtra Government Increases Gratuity Ceiling
The Maharashtra Government has increased the ceiling of death-cum-retirement gratuity to Rs. 7 lakhs for all State Government pensioners/family pensioners who retire or die on or after January 1, 2006. A copy of the Government Resolution dated February 4, 2015, regarding this matter is attached for your information.
