I am working in a tea manufacturing and export company. I need to implement a Performance Management System (PMS) for the upcoming appraisal. I have prepared the Key Result Area (KRA) sheets with the KRA, employee, and managers' percentage ratings.

I am currently working as DM HR. This will be the first time when the management would like to conduct the appraisals based on the KRAs and their ratings. I have completed the employees' and managers' ratings. What should be my next step? How should I set the percentage for the appraisals?

Dinesh, I would have definitely contacted you for your help, but first, I need to convince the management why PMS is necessary and fair for employee increments, for which I need to run a dummy increment through PMS.
