We have our company's foundation day on the 10th of October 2010, which falls on a Sunday. However, our management has decided that all branches must remain open on that day. They have also declared the following day, the 11th of October 2010, as a holiday. We need to circulate this information through an office order or circular. Kindly draft or design a circular for us.
