Hi Orange,

What exactly do you want to know? Maybe many members are reluctant to share their experience?

Typically, if I were to interview an HR professional with 2 years of experience, I would check the following:

- Understanding of the basics of HR processes
- Ability to see the larger picture of management
- Quick on their feet in reacting to situations
- Creative approaches to problems
- Most importantly, the eagerness to learn more, a positive attitude, and good character

Hi,

They will see:

1. Communication
2. Your attitude
3. Smile on your face always
4. Your motivation techniques by giving you some case studies
5. Your way of approach, i.e., positive thinking to various situations.

My advice is to be positive and confident, and keep your smile always. Be brave. If they ask any questions, think from different directions and answer positively. That's what I am stressing. All the best.

Hi there,

Well, I guess the first and foremost thing would be how well the candidate is able to communicate. Is the individual confident, charismatic, a quick thinker, and inclined towards growth and learning? Is he/she humorous, a team player, and, above all, does the individual have good knowledge of the subject HR and a positive attitude?

Hope I have helped you!

Hi,

You are absolutely right, Srikanth. A positive attitude is a very important quality for any person. In addition to that, the person should be able to communicate effectively with all other employees of the organization because HR plays a crucial role in an organization. He/She should be capable of solving the problems of the employees and making them feel supported. Apart from this, all other aspects have already been mentioned by Rajat and others.

All the best.

Sudha
