Dear All, If the Employee Eligible for leave wage 240 days worked in a calendar year. my doubt was Every year completed 240Days for the same employee or first year only.

The question needs clarity. If you work one year you get 20 days leave as a rule. That applies every year. But accumulation of leave depends on company policy and agreements with unions.
