Hi Everybody, I have recently joined a manufacturing organization as an HR professional. I am new to this field. Can anybody help me out on how to design HR policies for my organization and what is the standard leave policy practiced in a manufacturing organization for staff, workers, and consultants as per the Act? It would be really helpful if somebody could guide me on the same.
