Dear Mr. Periwal,
As far as I know, there are no Model Standing Orders specified by state. In lieu of this, the Government of India, Ministry of Labour & Employment, framed the Model Standing Orders. The Model Standing Orders are specified in the Industrial Labour Laws by Mr. P.L. Mallik. You can also refer to the Industrial Disputes Act in the same book. These model standing orders are applicable throughout India where the company or establishment does not have its own Certified Standing Orders. In the absence of certified standing orders of the company, employers are free to refer to the Model Standing Orders for the purpose of initiating disciplinary action against their employees. As such, there have been no amendments to the model standing orders.

Dear Adoni Sir,
Thank you for your reply. However, in Madhya Pradesh, the Central Model Standing Orders do not apply as MP has its own Standing Order Act. The Central Standing Orders Act has also provided an exclusion for the state of Madhya Pradesh.
The copy of the standing orders (as applicable to Madhya Pradesh) that I have was last amended in 1992. I would like to confirm if there have been any amendments since then.
In the State of MP, one cannot create standing orders as they wish; they can only make amendments to the standard standing orders and have them certified. Otherwise, the establishment is required to adhere to the standard standing orders.
I am looking to obtain an entirely new set of standing orders for the new undertaking.
