I had an interview with a company and was selected. The next day, I received an email for pre-joining documentation. Within a few days, I completed my documentation. However, even after 3 months, I have not received the offer letter. People who interviewed with me have already joined the organization. When I contacted my HR Recruiter regarding this issue, she mentioned that the joining is on hold and they will get back to me. I have called her 2-3 times, and each time she has given the same response. Sir, please advise me on what steps to take.
