I joined my company as a Senior HR Executive. There is no one senior to me here; I directly report to my director. Now, my boss is telling me that I have to prepare company policies. Kindly send me the details and headings of company policies. What headings are required for making company policies? Please help me as soon as possible. I have to present these policies by Tuesday, so please guide me.

You need to add some important things to your policy, such as the number of paid leaves in a year, office timings, notice period, termination policy, salary and increment policy, and benefits like maternity leave, overtime, and bonus policy. These are major components that you should definitely include in your policy.
