Dear Seniors,
Would require your valuable suggestions regarding job portal services. Currently we are using Times and monster job portal however these two are not fulfilling our requirements.
Now we are planning to take Naukri as well however their cost is much much more than times and monster.
However the reason for planning to take naukri also, so that at least our requirement will be fulfilled completely..
So please guide that is Naukri really a good job portal?? What should we do?

naukri is good. prefer Job posting first, along with it buy a database acesses. offers start from Rs.5000/-

Dear Sarita,
I would suggest that while hiring the job portal service, do one thing prior to finalizing the deal.
First ask the agent to source in front of you the most complex and the troublesome profile that you have. This will also enable you to know if the requirements would be met or not.
Secondly, for the current job portals, have a refresher training done. May be the people are not using the right words to search a particular job. So a training will come handy and in the training itself you will know if you really want to continue with the same or not renew it at all.

I am not really sure of your logic of going for more Job Portals is right.
What are the domains you are working on?
Generally Monster would be ideal for IT Requirements.
I am not sure of TimesJobs at this point of time--though we used it years back. But I understand it is good for ITeS/BPO requirements.
The 2 focus points Ashutosh Thakre mentioned are more the norm than special steps--i.e., if Portal usage is expected to be regular. Usage of the RIGHT/APT keywords is really the KEY to finding the right candidates.
Naukri & Shine are more suitable for multi-domain usage. It would be more of a tradeoff between the two--cost vs utility/usage.
It's also better to keep in mind the normal candidate mentality: those who are looking to change would register themselves in all Portals that they THINK SUITS THEIR expertise/domain. So pl don't be surprised to find the same candidates often in multiple Portals.
