Hi,

I need to compare revenue models used by various job sites. I have certain model details in general but I am unable to find particular model(s) for certain job sites.

It will be great if somebody could guide me through.

Cheers,
Devashish.

What models you have just share here and We will update them. Coz if we post here and they are already with you they will be of no use to you.

Hi,

Sometimes, job portals keep very high-profile resumes with their respective consultancy for providing consultancy services to top companies. To access profiles of MD/CEO/COO, etc., you will need headhunting services, which can also be provided at a premium cost. The chances of obtaining these kinds of resumes are sometimes impossible through job sites.

Regards,
Vindya.

Hi Devashish,

I can tell you about Naukri.com. Naukri.com's revenue model is based on various sources. They are:

1) Selling databases to employers/consultancies.
2) Selling value-added services to candidates (resume making / resume flash).
3) Ad revenue on the website.
