Dear All,

Please help me out with this query: If someone takes 5 days of EL (11 Aug to 15 Aug), and the 5th day is a gazetted holiday (15 Aug), do we need to give one extra leave or can we mention 11-15 Aug as the leave duration? Will this be a point in the audit?

Kindly suggest.

Hi, 15 Aug will not be consider leave, no need to deduct salary as well give extra leave.but they will get salary for 15 th Aug. Total leaves will be 4.
