I have been working in a software company since October 2007. When I joined the company, the number of employees was less than 10. They did not deduct any gratuity from my salary at that time. They started deducting gratuity from my salary in April 2010. I have completed 6 years and 10 months. I would like to know if I resign from the company, am I eligible for gratuity?
