Dear Respective Users,

I have resigned from my job due to better prospects, and the same letter has been accepted by my line manager stating, "Your resignation has been accepted, and you have to serve two months as per policy." However, in the offer letter, they mentioned that the two months' notice period can be negotiable based on requirements.

Regarding the accepted resignation letter, I have requested to serve a 24-day notice period, and for the remaining days, I am willing to pay the amount (as mentioned in the offer letter/company policy).

After serving 24 days of the notice period on my last working day, I proceeded with the handover and takeover process. The same was confirmed through an email to my previous reportee, with a copy sent to the current line manager (after the reportee had changed post submitting the resignation letter). On that day, I did not receive any reply from morning until 6:30 pm.

After the 25th day of my relieving, they posted an absconding letter (as per company policy, they must send the letter on the 3rd day of absconding). In response to the first absconding letter, I submitted an explanation letter (where I summarized my actual family problem – my father was ill, and I was alone to take care of my family). Without acknowledging the explanation letter, they sent a second absconding letter on the 14th day after the first letter (as per policy, they must send it within seven days of the first letter).

I would like to request your suggestions for further action, and I believe I did not violate the company's previous policies.

Dear Users,

Regarding the ongoing issue mentioned above, I am seeking a relieving letter and an experience letter to submit to my current organization. As previously stated, after resolving my family problem, I joined the organization that extended the offer. Do I need to pursue legal action to obtain these letters? If so, what is the process for acquiring them? I have personally made numerous requests to them for the relieving letter. Please advise me on the next steps.

I am hopeful that I will receive valuable solutions from you.

Thank you.
