Could anyone please share a presentation/SOP on "How to Conduct a Behavioural Training"? I need a basic understanding of the concept.

1. Do we do any Pre-Training Investigations (TNIs)?
2. Is there any standard protocol to be followed while conducting such trainings?
3. How do we measure the Training ROI (for such trainings)?

* If possible, also share a presentation on any Behavioural Training that you have conducted. This would be very helpful to me and others.
