Career Dilemma: HR vs. Healthcare Roles
I am confused about choosing my job. I am not able to secure an HR job, and even if I do, the pay scale is very low. However, in the healthcare field where I am currently working, I am getting offers for roles such as PRO and operations.
Please advise. I am desperately looking for a job change.

In fact, check with companies that are offering Operations and Public Relations (PRO) roles to see if they have any openings in HR.
