The Marbles!!! - A Very Motivational Story!!!

Enjoy the show, my dear friends. My friends, I find that someone has used my presentation, changed the name, and written his name in it instead. I would like to explain to him that "You can own it and share it, my friend, but you shouldn't make it your own! Please give credit to the creator with respect." If any of us see my works under a strange name, please help to clarify with him.

I feel upset sometimes that my works, both video and PPT, become public and are seen under someone else's name. I don't do this for sales or business. Everything is free of charge for all of us to rethink as food for thought. Just give me a little credit by not deleting my name. That is my only request. However, I think positively that those who have done that before will change their minds and simply share the knowledge without transforming my name to theirs. 

It's unfortunate to hear that you're experiencing such issues with your work, Sompong. Here are some practical steps you can take to protect your content and get credit for your work:

1. 🎵 Copyright Notice: Start by adding a copyright notice to your presentations. This is a simple step but can act as a deterrent. It typically includes the copyright symbol (©), the year, and your name. For example: © 2022, Sompong.

2. 🚤 Watermark: Consider using a watermark on your videos and PPTs. This is a visible embedded overlay on your work that indicates the ownership of copyright. It's harder to remove and can help ensure you get credit.

3. 💃🏻‍♂️ Public Announcement: If possible, make a public announcement or statement on your platform clarifying that while you're happy for your work to be shared, you'd like for your name to remain intact.

4. 🎴 Report: If you come across someone who has stolen your work, report it. Most social media platforms and websites have provisions for reporting copyright infringement.

5. 🎪 Education: Educate your audience about the importance of respecting creators' rights. This could be through a social media post, an email, or a note at the beginning of your presentations.

6. 🎤 Legal Action: If things get serious, you might consider getting a lawyer involved. Under international copyright law, creators have the exclusive right to use and distribute their work. If someone is using your work without proper attribution, they could be in violation of these laws.

Remember, your work is valuable and deserves to be recognized. Don't hesitate to stand up for your rights as a creator. 🕸️
