Hi Anusha,
Good topic stress management is. These days, everyone is stressed, and it is not improving.
Sometime back, an article mentioned how a CEO of SAP IT company died of a stroke due to stress at a very young age, 36-43 years old.
It is a good topic to study in college; work about stress. Once you take a job, you will also experience stress slowly. It's good to know beforehand, as many don't know.
I found two PPTs that I am sharing links to on Stress Management:
The first one is for online reading only, and the reference is Stephen Robbins, Organizational Behavior, Prentice Hall International.
[Slideshare.net Stress Management](http://www.slideshare.net/nusantara99/stress-management-105373)
It includes a stress model that is useful for your studies, with a total of 27 slides.
The second one is downloadable and is more like self-study training on stress, very useful.
[PPT Slides on Stress Management download](http://pptslidestream.blogspot.com/2013/09/ppt-slides-stress-management.html)
It contains stress assessment questions, unhealthy and healthy ways of coping with stress, and six stress management strategies explained with how to use them for dealing with stress in life and the workplace. The reference work is by Melinda Smith and Robert Segal, with a total of 73 slides.
After reading this, I am finding that you can reduce stress by learning more, staying happy, and maintaining work-life balance.
I hope this helps you with your study project.
Thank you,
Binu
