Plz clarify this, if an employee takes 1st halfday leave on Friday and 2nd halfday on monday so will it be count as sandwich. Fri-halfday Sat-week off Sun-week off Mon-halfday.

As per the general practice of the organization, two half-days will be counted as one day of leave within a specified period. In your case, where you have taken half-day leave on Friday and Monday, this should be counted as one day of leave only. If you had taken a full day on Friday and Monday, then it could be considered as four days of leave, i.e., Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
P.S.: Regarding leaves, every company has its own policy, and employees have to comply with the same.
