Hi all, my company is an import-export consultancy with around 20 employees. Recently, my boss has asked me to get the E.S.I. done for all the employees. I have no idea how to start, what needs to be done, or which forms should be filled out. I'm totally confused. Can anyone please help me out?

The ESIC Act is applicable to your organization if 20 or more employees are covered, i.e., if their gross salary is less than INR 15,000 per month. For registration, the following documents are required:
1. Salary register for the said month
2. Muster roll for the said month
3. Address proof of the employer and establishment
4. Copy of PAN, VAT, CST certificates, etc.
5. Proof of commencement of business
