I have done an MBA in HR and have been trying to find a job in this field in Delhi. I have attended many interviews, but I don't know why I have not received any callbacks. I am specifically looking for HR executive or generalist roles, which everyone says are tough to secure. I am uncertain about the current market scenario in HR. Why am I not getting a job? Can anyone please answer my query?

At times, getting a first job gets delayed for reasons beyond our control. To find out the answer to your question of not getting a job so far, you have to do some homework if others have to help you. Please note down the questions you were asked and the answers you gave or could not give.
It is like our school or college days. After we come out of the examination hall, we compare and share our answers with our classmates. Such discussions will give us an idea of the correctness as well as an indication of our performance in general. A similar exercise will have to be done now.

This will refine your future performances and increase your chance of doing well as well as getting selected.
