It was a wonderful post! Actually, to speak the truth, management is completely linked with spirituality. A person who engages himself in spiritually learns to manage not only other issues but also his own self, his thoughts, and finally his censure and judgment of people. This is what HR majorly carries, right? Keep your scientific temper high!
