Hi all,
I am associated with a startup IT company in Delhi. We recently completed 3 years of service, and for the first time, we are going to celebrate our Foundation Day. We have decided to throw a dinner party, but we also wish to include a few games/activities to make it more interesting and involve employees.
Please help me with your suggestions... Urgently.
Regards,
Bhavna

Hi Bhavna,
I would suggest conducting a Treasure Hunt in your company as it will energize the people to the maximum extent. Recently, we had it in our company with truly unimaginable clues. It was great, and associates enjoyed it immensely.
You can also organize a talent hunt and announce prizes for the first two or three winners showcasing talents like singing, dancing, mimicry, or any unusual talent. Additionally, consider conducting an outrageous storytelling competition.
Hope this suggestion helps you.

Give – Us – A – Clue is always fun! Last time at our staff outing we divided the Managers versus the staff and at the end of it all we were laughing with tears strolling down the face!! It’s fun to see how people struggle to act out certain words!!!
Another game which you can keep rolling from start to the end is “Spotting the Mystery Man”, where a very unthinkable person has to act out as a mystery man and the announcer should give out clues about this person (very common clues at that) and the rest try to guess who it could be and of course the first one to spot him wins!!!

Hi Bhawna,
You can also arrange for a blood donation camp. Kite flying competition. Games like three-legged race, lemon race can add fun. We had introduced a game called MOCK press conference in which we have called volunteers to play famous personalities like Laloo Prasad Yadav, Baba Ram Dev, Ekta Kapoor, where they have to give answers to questions put by the audience. The witty answers really add fun. You can also set a prize for the most cleaned work station. In this way, your office will look good on the D-day.
