Could you please guide me about the Birthday Policy? Currently, we celebrate birthdays at the end of the month for all employees whose birthdays fall in the same month. Could you please let me know if it is necessary to bring a separate cake for each birthday person? If not, then please advise on how to celebrate.

It's not mandatory to have a separate cake for each employee. You can arrange a large cake, depending on the number of employees present at the celebration time. The best practice is to write the names of all employees for whom you are celebrating the cake cutting.
