Dear Vicky,
It is as simple to find openings in HR out of West Bengal. As a fresher, you must have enrolled yourself in various job portals. They ask for your suitable location; you may add in your resume that you are willing to get a job in such cities. You may also see newspapers where various industries ask for CVs. The internet is the best tool if you use it for exact information. Naukri.com, Monster, JobStreet, etc., are various sites where you can update your CV putting all best features, skills, knowledge, summer training, internship, etc., in a proper manner so that CV screeners may get impressed at first sight.
Search for Ahmedabad, Surat in newspaper editions specifically published on Wednesday and Saturday. But as a fresher, before applying for a job, you must update yourself according to employers' requirements as well as industry requirements. Prepare your intro, watch your body language, way of answering, etc. Preparation will make you succeed in a job.
Best wishes, Manish Srivastava

Thank you very much, sir.
I have one more question. As I have already informed you, I have an MBA in HR and a BSc in Hotel Management. I am currently looking for an HR job in a 5-star hotel in Ahmedabad from Kolkata. If I directly email my CV to the hotel's HR department, would it be considered even though I am a fresher?
Also, sir, could you please review my CV and let me know if it is satisfactory?

Certainly! Here is the revised version with corrected spelling, grammar, punctuation, and proper paragraph formatting:

Definitely sending a CV directly to hr.id is a good effort. Exactly, but telling a strong reason why you are so much interested in that hotel only. Every big organization maintains their databank of CVs from candidates who came for interviews but were not selected or did not join any company due to various reasons. Most companies keep such CVs for future hiring prospects.
You must clearly state that you are interested in working for this hotel in a specific profile. This will definitely leave a good impression on the employer. As you mentioned that you have completed hotel management, it's a really good sign and may attract the employer. I'm sure you will get a response.
You have to prepare a logical reason for transitioning to an MBA in HR after hotel management. As you belong to Kolkata, keep updating your skillset with the best dishes and recipes, as the employer may expect this from you during a telephonic or personal interview. Also, try to learn about Gujarat's favorite dishes. These are common questions, but if answered well by any candidate, it will leave a nice impression on the interviewer's mind.
