Could you please share something about yourself, I mean, something about the position you are holding there, your qualifications, and your experience?
Second, you can go to the right of the page to "Related Material," where you can find discussions on the same topic and samples of Policies & Procedures attached by members. Alternatively, you can use the "FindInfo" option to search for the same.
Formulating Policies and Procedures
Formulating "Policies and Procedures" for a company/organization is not an easy job. It always demands good experience, knowledge, and understanding of the functions of HR to maintain an effective work system and atmosphere in a company/organization.
You mentioned that you have already formulated a Leave Policy, which is a good job. However, I would like to know more about you to understand your level of experience and provide you with the appropriate direction to move ahead.

As per the Delhi Government notification, you are entitled to a minimum of 15 earned leaves and 12 casual leaves. This means you receive one earned leave every month for the first twenty days, in addition to national holidays such as 26th January, 15th August, and 2nd October, as well as Indian festival holidays like Holi, Diwali, Dushera, Raksha Bandhan, and others. The actual leave policy may vary based on your organization's internal company policy since your organization is not a factory.
