Hello All, Currently, I am pursuing my Ph.D. from Nirma University, Ahmedabad (Gujarat). I am working on a research paper titled "PERCEPTION OF THE HRM PRACTICES AMONG MIDDLE-LEVEL IT PROFESSIONALS: A STUDY OF AHMEDABAD-BASED IT/ITES FIRMS." Can you please suggest what type of questions I can include in my questionnaire to gain more insight into the perception of IT professionals regarding HRM practices in their organization?
