Hi all, My problem is when I am trying to lodge a complaint online on the EPF grievances website, it is not allowing me to move further. I am stuck in the tab: "Name of Establishment: dummy for annual accounts." (might be this company has not filed its previous annual accounts). Until I write the name of the establishment, I am not taken to the next page. However, when I downloaded my e-passbook for this account on September 5, 2012, it showed me the balance which was accruing interest.
I had applied for the transfer of the amount appearing in this account in July 2010. They lost Form 13, and therefore I had to file it again in October 2011. I have acknowledgments of both incidents, but they have not yet transferred the amount. Please let me know what I can do to get the amount transferred to my present account.

Hi Shithal, that happens quite commonly in government organizations. Do you have a copy of Form 13 that you submitted to the PF department? If so, approach the PF office again and inquire about the status. If there are no updates from their side, contact the Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Director. Your problems will then be sorted out.

I have copies of the acknowledgment of submission of Form 13. It was submitted by my HR department, and they gave me the acknowledgment of submission. I have been informed that my HR has instructed the PF officer to send a reminder to my previous employer's PF office. He asked me to wait for 2 months, and if nothing happens even after that, it can be escalated to the PF Adalat here in Bangalore on Richmond Road.
I am certain that waiting for 2 months will not be fruitful. However, filing a complaint in the PF Adalat may be more time-consuming, in my opinion.
