We are thinking of developing an online resume manager where small companies or consultants will be able to store their resumes and even send out emails and interview letters to prospective employees.
Although there are many online resume managers available already, most of them are owned by job boards and they charge a significant sum for their use. We'll make it completely free, but the only difference will be that the resumes will be stored in one database and will be available to all members. We will also have an interface for candidates to post their resumes into the database and from there, wait for the companies and consultants to review them.
Let us know what you feel about this idea or if you would like to have this kind of interface. Simple yet effective. Also, please put in your suggestions if you have any, or share anything about the current resume manager you use, the features you like, and the features you would like included, etc.
