Can we change the present running contribution process of EDLI Benefits under the EPF & MISC Provision Act 1952 to a Private Company's Policy? If yes, please tell me the process under the EPF Act. Please suggest.

In my view, you can switch from the EDLI scheme under the Act to a scheme under your company's policy, provided you make a request to the P.F. Commissioner to permit such a switch and assure him that the employees enjoy better or more favorable insurance benefits under the company's scheme.
